Planet Baobab hosts its guests in stylish Bakalanga huts, comfortably equipped and exuding genuine African charm. The eighteen thatched huts, scattered beneath a brotherhood of seventeen colossal baobab trees, are inspired by the local villages of Botswana and adorned with pretty wall paintings on the exterior. Each hut features its own semi-open bathroom.
Those traveling with their 4x4 vehicles on a self-drive tour can also camp overnight at one of Planet Baobab's campsites with shared bathrooms.

The best time to travel
A vast bar area adorned with chandeliers made from wine bottles and chairs made from cowhide is situated in the heart of the camp. Dining is à la carte. At the reception, you can also choose from the extensive range of activities and book them on-site. Prior booking through Consafarity is also possible and is recommended by us.
Embark on a game drive to the Ntwetwe Pans to admire the massive zebra migration (November to May), participate in thrilling quad bike rides, pay a visit to the nearby meerkat colony, or enjoy a spectacular overnight stay on the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans (early June to late October).
