The best time to travel
Guests at Nata Lodge can enjoy game drives to the legendary Makgadikgadi Salt Pans or to the nearby Nata Bird Sanctuary.
But even the shady canopy surrounding the lodge proves to be a small bird paradise. A feeding area provides bird enthusiasts with the opportunity to observe a variety of species comfortably from the pool deck, open bar, or restaurant. The hornbill, helmeted guineafowl, glossy starling, pied and arrow-marked babblers, Meyer's parrot, and long-tailed paradise whydah are just a few of the species that can be spotted directly outside the room door during a stay at Nata Lodge.
