The camp comprises fourteen luxurious suites, offering absolute privacy and wonderful proximity to the bush and its inhabitants. Each air-conditioned suite at Mashatu Lodge is tastefully decorated, featuring a double bed and an extra-large single bed, along with a seating area with a single daybed, accommodating families comfortably. Mashatu is home to no less than seven representatives of Africa's "giants": the African elephant, lion, giraffe, baobab tree, eland, ostrich, and kori bustard. Therefore, it's fitting that these giants also have a vast habitat at their disposal. Approximately 29,000 hectares of untouched wilderness provide a safe haven for these and other fascinating creatures.
In addition to game drives and walking safaris, the unique nature can also be explored by mountain bike or, for experienced riders, on horseback.
