The most important facts at a glance
The beautiful Camp Kalahari is kept simple and authentic. Twelve Meru tents each feature stylish canopy beds, a desk, dresser, and an en-suite bathroom open to the sky. Bedrooms are equipped with electric light, but as night falls, most of the camp is illuminated by sparkling paraffin lanterns.
The communal area includes a small library as well as a lounge and dining area. Meals are wonderfully tasty and served in a familiy-like atmosphere at the long table. The thatched-roof swimming pool is the perfect spot for a refreshing dip on a hot afternoon – but beware: keep an eye out for elephants that might also come by for a quick drink.
