Respect for wildlife and the environment

Of course, your safety and that of the animals are always a top priority, and respectful behavior towards nature is paramount. Additionally, driving or approaching slowly is essential to provide you with the best possible wildlife experiences. At the outset, your guide will introduce you to the general behaviors and safety aspects during the safari.

To minimize disturbance to natural activities, it's important to observe wildlife considerately and quietly.
Never attract the attention of animals. Do not mimic animal sounds, clap your hands, or knock on the vehicle.
Choose clothing in natural colors that blend with the surroundings (e.g., khaki, beige, brown, gray), and avoid bright colors.
Animals perceive a vehicle with all occupants seated as a closed unit. Please do not stand up, as this may disrupt the unit and provoke undesirable reactions from the animals.
Dispose of all waste, including organic matter, only in designated bins in the vehicle/lodge.

Never attempt to feed or approach a wild animal.
Respect your guide's judgment regarding proximity to animals. Do not insist on getting closer for a better photo. Approaching animals too closely can cause them to forego a hard-earned meal.
Refrain from purchasing products made from endangered plant or animal species.
You can also contribute to environmental protection by choosing eco-friendly items for your travel bag. There are now various environmentally friendly clothing items, hygiene products like shampoo, soap, and toothpaste, or even detergents that avoid harmful substances.
